Business Development Manager
Sam Evans graduated from the University of Wales, Bangor in 2009 where he achieved a BA (Hons) Degree in Journalism and Media Studies. After a short career in Entertainment Journalism, he made the unfamiliar switch to the world of Enforcement when he joined the group in January 2012.
Originally a member of our Administrative team, Sam progressed to a position within the group’s Client Services team in March 2015 as a Client Relations Executive. In 2017 he was appointed Business Development Manager, a role which allows him to build on the rapport in place with our existing client base as well as developing new business growth where possible.
Sam attained his CICM Level 2 Certificate in Taking Control of Goods with a 98% pass mark in August 2015, as well as completing training modules in vulnerability, mental health and conflict management.
As part of his dedication to continual educational development, Sam furthered his own pathway towards becoming an authorised High Court Enforcement Officer by completing his Level 3 (RQF) Award in Taking Control of Goods in December 2017, which included modules in search and arrests, vulnerability as well as an extensive essay on commercial rent arrears recovery (CRAR).”
He has a great belief in delivering an unrivalled, all-encompassing High Court Enforcement service and is heavily client focused, ensuring that standards are not only met, but exceeded across the board on all instructions received.
He is dedicated to providing clients with an educational insight into the enforcement industry and how the Taking Control of Goods Regulations allow enforcement agents to operate in the field.
