High Court Enforcement Group shortlisted for Vulnerability Award

In March 2017, we were delighted to share with you that our vulnerability training had been awarded the Quality Mark by Agored Cymru. Today, 11th April 2017, we are delighted to announce that we have now been shortlisted as a finalist at the Credit Awards in the category: Conduct & Culture: Excellence in Treating Customer Vulnerability - Collections & Debt Management As a company, we have long championed the training of both enforcement agents and all our administrative staff on how to identify and work with vulnerable debtors. We have developed training courses that sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RFQ). These courses are at both Level 2 and Level 3, with the Level 3 only launched this year and the first regulated course in the country, forming part of the Level 3 course “Taking control of goods”. We will find out if we have won on 11th May at the Credit Awards in London. Whilst winning would be lovely, we are completely delighted to be shortlisted as a finalist!
