Litigant in person portal

Law concept. Close up of judge gavel and laptop
The government has announced that it will shortly be rolling out the litigant in person portal. The portal has been in testing mode and has so far been used by 1,828 people. The portal forms part of the move towards an online court, as recommended in Lord Justice Briggs' report. The portal will be used for claims of up to £10,000.
