Commercial forfeiture

To instruct HCE to effect forfeiture of your commercial lease simply complete the online form below. Alternatively you can download a copy of the instruction form here.

Please note to effect the use of forfeiture the lease must have a forfeiture clause and the relevant period has elapsed (usually 21 days). We will require a copy of the lease which shows the relevant clause, please send to us by email to commercialservices@hcegroup.co.uk

Signing over vacant possesion

It is crucial that, once the possession has been concluded, we sign off the instruction.
