PLEASE NOTE: You are not able to use commercial rent arrears recovery to collect service charges or insurance. You can only instruct The Sheriffs Office to collect rent arrears

This is only for rent and should not include insurances or utility premiums. Please do not add a thousand separator, only numbers. E.g. £10,000.00 should be entered as 10000.00
