Field agents – nationwide
We are looking for a field agent to cover various areas around the country. You will need to be confident and have a positive, can do attitude. No previous experience is needed – the company offers first class training and you would be working for one of the largest privately owned enforcement companies in the UK.

Enforcement agents – England and Wales
We are looking for persons with Impeccable character, to become High Court enforcement agents.
Main duties to include executing High Court writs, warrants and orders on behalf of clients to obtain payments on unpaid debts. We need candidates who are driven to succeed.
We operate a company bonus scheme with excellent rates of commission paid. Good long term prospects for the right candidate. A rewarding team atmosphere. Flexible working hours. Company vehicle provided.
A County Court judgment check is carried out when an offer of employment is accepted. A standard DBS disclosure is carried out at the start of employment. Expense to be met by employer.
Essential requirements:
- A current enforcement agent certificate would be preferred, however training will be given
- A full clean driving licence

Administrator Colwyn Bay and Swansea
High Court Enforcement Group is a well known, respected and ethical enforcement company and due to the successful winning of several large contracts, we are looking to recruit several administrators for our Swansea and Colwyn Bay Offices.
Working within a supporting and friendly team environment, the role of an Administrator includes:
- Receiving calls from customers and providing information or assistance regarding debt management such as assisting them in making a payment or setting up a payment arrangement to help them manage their debt
- Referring customers who need further assistance with debt management or vulnerable customers to debt advice agencies
- Inbound and outbound correspondence
- Updating case files with call information or documentation, in line with GDPR
- Supporting and liaising with our Enforcement Agents
- Liaising and working with our clients
Our requirements – Administrator
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Data entry and accurate typing skills
- Use of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office
- Prior enforcement or legal sector experience beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided
