Kelly Neile
Business Development Manager

Kelly Neile joined HCE Group in 2008 as an updater/typist. She quickly moved into a role tailormade for her: Court Relationship Manager, assisting the Transfer Department in growing to what it is today.
Kelly’s persistence and people skills enabled her to grow the portfolio of Courts that we use for our Transfer Up process and helped build the team we have today. Kelly has been pivotal to the growth within the Transfer Team and the IT infrastructure we use today. She specialises in the issue of writs of control, the requirements and processes.
Kelly manages HCE Group’s Client Services Team in Liverpool, ensuring that the team focuses on maintaining long-standing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities and supporting the Group’s continued growth
Having studied marketing at Edge Hill University, Kelly moved to the Business Development Team in 2011 and assisted with client care, website development and merchandise.
Following the Taking Control of Goods Regulations coming into effect in 2014, Kelly obtained her Level 2 in the subject and soon after became the Office Manager of our Liverpool branch, where she would stay for 8 years, before moving back to the Business Development Team.
Kelly’s current role as Business Development Manager is to maintain existing client relationships as well as develop new connections with clients and expand the business where the opportunity arises.
Kelly’s aim is to educate clients on all things High Court and guide them through the processes of enforcement. Kelly’s vast experience enables her to provide accurate and informative advice to new and old clients.
Long term, Kelly plans to become an authorised High Court Enforcement Officer and lead the next generation.
On her own time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family including her Chinese Shar-Pei, Winnie. She is a keen traveller and enjoys learning about other cultures and cities. You will find Kelly in the gym multiple times a week and, although not currently practicing, Kelly is an FA qualified children’s football coach and enjoys a game occasionally herself.
