Martyn Spiers

Martyn is a highly motivated and forward-thinking professional with extensive experience in enforcement operations and commercial service delivery.

He currently oversees all evictions for High Court Enforcement Group Limited, advising clients on security and operational requirements, while providing technical support to the commercial services team.

In addition to his core responsibilities, Martyn serves as Silver/Bronze Command and assistant to the Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer during large-scale evictions led by the National Eviction Team.

His onsite duties include compiling situation reports, gathering evidence, issuing tactical guidance to enforcement team leaders, and producing clear, actionable reports for senior commanders and clients.

Martyn’s career began with UK Evict and the National Eviction Team, where he gained hands on experience in complex enforcement operations. He holds Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Taking Control of Goods, as well as a Level 3 qualification in Protester Management and Possession of Land & Property.

After joining HCEG as a Business Development Manager, Martyn was quickly promoted to Group Commercial Manager, where he led the transformation of the commercial services department into a highly efficient and resourceful division.

Recognised for his strong organisational and communication skills, he now plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the National Eviction Team, contributing to strategic planning and operational excellence across the business.
