HCE Group forging links with The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx)

We are delighted to announce that we are now approved by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) to deliver the Level 2 Taking Control of Goods and the Vulnerability and Mental Health Awareness Workshop as CILEx Endorsed Programmes with effect from December 2017. The Level 2 Taking Control of Goods fully meets CPR 84.18 and the Certification of Enforcement Agents Regulations 2014. HCE Group is the only enforcement agency which is an approved recognised centre delivering Regulated Qualifications, Endorsed Programmes and Quality Marked training and is, therefore, at the forefront of educational excellence and staff development for those involved in debt recovery. Appropriate training is essential for enforcement agents also, when enforcing writs of control, so that they are sensitive to potential vulnerabilities and fully aware of the degree of protection that exists. The CILEx endorsement recognises:
  • High Court Enforcement’s commitment to high quality professional training and development
  • The approved endorsed programmes meet the quality standards of a recognised and respected legal professional body
  • Training is delivered by qualified individuals with high standards of probity and ethical behaviour
  • Appropriate systems, policies and processes in place to deliver the approved CILEx endorsed programmes
In addition to CILEx, our level 2 and level 3 qualifications in taking control of goods and civil enforcement have been approved by Skills for Justice. The level 3 course goes beyond the Certification of Enforcement Agents Regulations 2014 requirements.
