Our service

We pride ourselves on our personalised service and keep you updated every step of the way. Our personal reporting system detailing client needs and individual circumstances ensures you receive the expert assistance you need, promptly and efficiently.

We encourage respondents to make immediate contact with you to avoid further action and costs but because our reports are prepared by Enforcement Officers rather than a process agent, we can advise you on any enforcement steps you might need to take.

We comply with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) to ensure there are no errors in procedure avoiding any delays.

All service levels include:

  • Confirm receipt of all instructions
  • Regular client updates
  • Standard service of documents
  • Statement provided for Statutory Demands, Bankruptcy Petitions, Winding-up Petitions and Claim forms
  • Affidavits provided for N39 Orders

Our three service levels

Level 1 service

Our level 1 service can be completed within 23 days. This service includes up to two visits including out of hours where necessary. The first attempt at service will be made within 14 days of receipt of instruction.

Work commences on the day instructions are received, if before 4pm or next working day if received after 4pm.

Level 2 service

With level 2, we offer completion of service within 14 days. This service includes up to two visits, including out of hours where necessary. The first attempt at service will be made within 5 days of receipt of instruction.

Work commences on the day instructions are received, if before 4pm or next working day if received after 4pm.

Level 3 service

If you are under strict time constraints, our level 3 service provides for service of documents to be completed within 11 days. This service includes up to two visits, including out of hours, with the first attempt being made within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of instructions.

Work commences on the day instructions are received, if before 4pm or next working day if received after 4pm.
